You have a two year warranty on your waterproof television and one year warranty on the SpeakerBal 2 and Wipod. The guarantee may be limited if the product is not used correctly, if the instructions in the manual are not properly followed or if the product is damaged, i.e. that it has been dropped or bumped hard against something. If there is something wrong with your product or you are experiencing problems with your purchase of SplashVision.TV then please first contact us. Please call us at +31 (0) 10 265 79 49, but also via the contact form or you can chat with one of our staff members. It is often the case that the problem can be resolved from a distance; this may be a setting that is wrong. It may be that the problem cannot be resolved from a distance and then we will ask you to send us the product in order to check it and find a solution.

We strive to ensure that you do not have to be without image or sound for more than a week. If the repair of your product will last longer than a week you will receive a message from us, and we will see if we have a replacement or loan product that we can send.
