The only thing the television needs is power, the decoder or other equipment that you have connected to the wireless transmitter can be set down at a dry place. Equipment that you have connected to the transmitter can be controlled thanks to the built-in infrared repeat system. When you connect for example a DVD player to the transmitter than you can aim the remote of the DVD player on the TV, this sends the infrared signal to the wireless transmitter, which then transmits the signal to your DVD player. You can always set your connected equipment on a dry place en it is easy to operate. This Taka TV has, like the non wireless model, touch buttons below the screen and can also be controlled with the supplied remote. The wireless connection works completely plug&play!
